We provide personnel based on your needs. Working with guidelines provided by you, the client we evaluate our personnel, and after your approval and authorization, place them with your company.

Personnel range in expertise from lightweight drafting to Registered Professional Engineers. Disciplines available are Process, Mechanical, Structural, Piping, Electrical, Instrumentation and Civil. Regardless of the discipline required, office or field assignment, our personnel will be qualified to provide you the highest level of expertise within the compensation guidelines you establish. Should for any reason, our employee not meet your requirements, Design Quest, Inc. will, of course replace them immediately

 Additionally, Design Quest, Inc. can provide personnel considered to be direct employment candidates Over a 90 day period the client determines suitability for direct employment. A decision to hire incurs only the standard hourly billing. Should you decide against hiring, the cost is the same and the unemployment issue is avoided.
